The Project objective is: To facilitate the expression of emotions in a healthy and socially acceptable manner, to improve international communication competences, to enhance self-confidence, to cultivate feelings of peace and calmness, improve the ability to focus and to improve intercultural understanding of 40 young people from IT, RO, HR and CZ, through a youth exchange.
Schedule:
Day 1 focused on opening, ice-breaking activities, the Communication Tree (capturing fears, expectations and contributions), the Social Contract workshop, and a "Better safe than sorry" risk-prevention session.
Day 2 introduced the Youthpass certificate using the Experts Method (8 small groups, one per key competence) and also included activities such as Blind Rhythm and creative song-making in groups.
Day 3 included Erasmus+ programme introduction, Can Can / music sticks, and the Swan Lake storm body percussion exercise.
Day 4 introduced Personal Music and Imagery (PMI), Supportive Music and Imagery (SMI), Mirroring of body movements in pairs, and Culti-Multi (cross-cultural body language).
Day 5 included Carmen presto/adagio, group mirroring, and the mid-term evaluation.
Day 6 was dedicated to learning traditional music and dance from each of the four countries.
Day 7 included Movement Conversation, Walk in my Shoes, and Improvisation through emotions.
Day 8 was the study visit to the city of Liberec (originally scheduled for Day 7 but switched due to weather forecast), where participants in mixed international teams completed urban exploration tasks and interacted with local citizens, wearing project T-shirts with Erasmus+ visuals for visibility.
Day 9 included debriefing of the study visit, dissemination planning (DEOR), final evaluation using e.g. the Box exercise and visual evaluation method, the closure of the Secret Friend activity and the Youthpass certification ceremony.
Four evenings were dedicated to interactive intercultural presentations by each national group, featuring music, traditional food, dances and country presentations.

We have done multiple dissemination events in each country to further share the results and experiences from our project.
