Erasmus+ training course "Greendays" in Castelletto di Cuggiono (MILANO). During 25 September - 03 October 2024, we have joined this training course based on the principles and practice of non-formal education. Throughout the days of training, starting from the understanding of the rurality concept and main characteristics, passing through the study of the young people living in rural areas' needs and obstacles of youthworker may encounter in rural areas, we want to make influence in the participants developing in them skills in the area of rural/social entrepreneurship, conflict management, leadership and teamwork.
We have joined Erasmus+ training course "Country Mood" in the beautiful Marina di Massa, Tuscany, Italy. From July 1st to 9th 2024, we’ve had the privilege of diving deep into the challenges and potential of sustainable development in rural areas. We’ve enhanced our skills with innovative methods, tools, and motivational techniques for working effectively with rural communities. We've also reflected on sustainable work and rural entrepreneurship, exploring the possibilities of using local resources to create lasting impact.
We have joined Erasmus+ training course and partnership development activity "Developing youth worker skills through art therapy - movement and music" during 18.10.2023. – 25.10.2023., in St Maarten, where we have experienced a series of exercises from the domain of art (music, dance, and movement), acquired specific competencies through the offered tools and approaches from 2 areas based on a deep personal experience and also learned how to connect body, emotions, mind in work.
During 15-25 May 2023, we have joined a training in French Alps - Vaulnaveys-le-Bas, "Eco-friendly in outdoor activities", to learn about ecology, how to use it in making outdoor activities for youth and to practice working in English speaking environments.
We have joined this training and seminar during 13.10.-24.10.2022, where 21 participants from 10 different countries have met in Greece, Keramoti, to empower youth workers to work together in planning, applying and implementing new Erasmus+ and ESC projects. Except increasing youth workers competencies in projects and collaboration among participating organizations, there were 2 opportunities for study visits - Kavala and Thassos islands.
We have joined Erasmus+ training course “Training 4 Trainers” during 20-30 October 2019, in Comanesti, Romania.
Crucial Conversations was an Erasmus+ Training Course during 18 – 26 April 2017, in Băile Tușnad, Romania, funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission and organized by Ingens Risus Association. The training course aimed to support the youth workers coming from the 7 partner organisations to master the complexity of the processes of organisational communication, process communication, intra and inter personal communication in order to coordinate non-formal activities on communication that will boost local youths employability.
