Erasmus+ Training Course
Youth Work Lab: Competence, Innovation & Impact
Topic: Strengthening the competences of youth workers/youth leaders, staff of youth organizations, exploring innovative youth work methods, and developing the capacity to create meaningful impact through structured and high-quality youth work practices.
Dates: 10–16 May 2026 (including travel days)
Place: Pernik, Bulgaria (25 km from Sofia, candidate for European Youth Capital 2028)
We will select 2 participants from Czechia.
Participants’ PROFILE:
age 18+
Youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers in activities for youth or staff working with young people
Have motivation to learn and share practices
Be willing to actively participate in all training activities
highly interested in the topic
ready to learn, contribute, and actively participate in all sessions
Working language: English
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Interactive workshops and group discussions
Case studies and prac tical simulations
Experiential learning activities
Design labs and collaborative work
Peer learning and exchange of practices
Reflection and feedback session
