Game of Growth
Training course for youth workers that equips them with the skills, strategies, and mindset to rethink how they engage young people through non-formal education.

Participants’ PROFILE:
age 18+
youth worker or volunteer in activities for youth;
interested in using innovative methods to strengthen youth engagement, participation, and learning;
interested to explore gamification, escape rooms, and game-based learning tools;
interested to develop their digital competences, including the use of AI tools, digital storytelling, and interactive content creation, especially for educational and community based activities;
ready to learn, contribute, and actively participate in all sessions.
Working language: English
No prior experience in game design is needed; curiosity and willingness to experiment are enough.
