Youth for Youth

Our objectives are, to:

·         ensure better education (formal and non-formal) in various fields through every possible channel,

·         promote interculturality and offer youth the opportunity to identify common values with persons from different countries in spite of their cultural differences,

·         improve competences and soft skills such as teamwork, networking, problem-solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution, creative thinking, communication, listening, public speaking,

·         improve digital competences of youth,

·         support exchange of students and youth,

·         promote youth work,

·         include young people in international projects to enrich their life perspective, opportunities and integrate them as much as possible,

·         promote modern techniques of social communication using various methods of education (formal and non-formal),

·         promote healthy lifestyle, outdoor activities and sports,

·         increase awareness of current challenges and issues in local communities,

·         promote non-formal education, other cultures, languages and new approaches to everyday problems,

·         collect and study professional literature and other materials in the field of social communication, culture, dialogue and democracy in society, business topics, IT, multimedia, environmental protection and others,

·         develop and implement projects, workshops and trainings oriented on the development of various competences, development of civil society, social communication, culture, dialogue and democracy in society, business topics, IT, multimedia, environmental protection and others,

·         encourage the development of tolerance and respect for diversity, non-violent communication, equality, ethical standards of conduct, inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities and intercultural dialogue,

·         promote the respect of cultural diversity and fight against racism, inequality, discrimination and xenophobia,

·         encourage youth to reflect on European topics and to involve them in the construction of Europe,

·         promote European values.
